What payment options does ValoreBooks support?

ValoreBooks currently supports the following payment options:

• Visa®
• AmericanExpress®
• MasterCard®
• Discover®

Please note that for rental orders, the credit card expiration date must be after the rental return date.

Why can't I check out?

Whenever you enter your credit card information at checkout, we verify the information by sending an authorization request to your credit card company or bank. If the authorization is not granted, you won’t be able to check out. If this happens, please make sure you’ve entered your credit card information exactly how it appears on your statement—including your name, address, credit card number, expiration date, and security code.

If the credit card information you’ve entered matches your credit card statement exactly and you’re still not granted authorization, please contact your credit card company directly. If you’ve contacted your credit card company and they see no problems with your account, please contact us.

Can I pay with a gift card?

ValoreBooks does not currently support payment by gift card.

Does ValoreBooks support promotional codes?

ValoreBooks does not currently support any promotional codes.
