Terms and Conditions for Campus Questions Reward ($5.00)
1. Eligibility
The $5 reward is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico. Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of submission. Each participant is limited to one entry. Eligibility is restricted to individuals who participate in a "Campus Questions" on-camera interview.
To qualify, participants must complete the Campus Questions entry form (https://valore-scholarships.webflow.io/campus-conversations) and provide valid responses to all required fields. By submitting information participants agree to adhere to all site policies, terms of use, and photo consent policy. Entries must be submitted on the calendar day of the interview to be eligible.
2. Reward Terms
The reward is non-transferable and non-refundable. Agora E-Commerce, LLC (DBA Valore.com) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the rebate if circumstances beyond its control (including, but not limited to, viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other issues) compromise the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the rebate. In such cases, Agora E-Commerce, LLC may select recipients from all eligible entries received before and/or after (if applicable) the action taken.
Agora E-Commerce, LLC also reserves the right to disqualify, at its sole discretion, any individual who tampers with the entry process, the reward administration, or violates these terms and conditions.
3. Reward Fulfillment
Issuance of a $5 gift card will be facilitated through Tremendous no later than 45 days following the on-camera . Tremendous provides a variety of payment methods, including direct deposit, PayPal, Venmo, prepaid debit cards, and gift cards.
Once the payment is issued, participants will receive an email or text message with a link to claim the reward. Rewards must be claimed within three months to avoid additional fees. Tremendous operates as a third party and applies its own terms of service, which can be reviewed at https://tremendous.notion.site/Recipient-Terms-of-Service-24cde3c2eb8d45d19d9903a58109b2cc.
4. Agreement to Valore.com Policies
By participating in this reward
offering, participants agree to comply with all applicable Valore.com policies, including terms of service, privacy policies, and other rules outlined.
5. Limitation of Liability
Agora E-Commerce, LLC, and their affiliates are not responsible for:
- Errors, delays, or technical issues affecting submissions, account signups, or the distribution of rewards.
- Lost, misdirected, or delayed communications due to incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by participants.
- Failures of third-party services, including payment methods offered by Tremendous.
By participating, you agree to release Agora E-Commerce, LLC, and their respective partners from any claims or liabilities arising from errors, delays, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the reward process or reward distribution.
6. General Terms
Agora E-Commerce, LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By submitting an entry, participants certify that they meet all eligibility requirements and agree to these terms and conditions.
