Photo Consent Policy

By agreeing to the Agora ECommerce, LLC (DBA "Valore") photo consent policy, I hereby grant permission to Valore to use photographs or videos of me captured during an on-camera interview. I understand that these images may be used for commercial or promotional purposes.

I also grant permission to Valore to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these images. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product and any accompanying written or electronic copy.

I understand that my name or identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s). I release Valore and their agents and assigns from any claims that may arise regarding the use of the images, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, copyright, or trademark.

I am over the age of 18 and have read and understood this release form before agreeing to it. By checking the box on the Campus Conversations form, I am agreeing to these terms.
