How do I track my order?

Many of the sellers in the Valore Marketplace offer free order tracking, which is accessible from the My Account page on Valore.com. If you don’t see tracking information, please contact your seller directly.

To view tracking information:

• Go to the Valore My Account page
• Enter your order number
• Enter your e-mail address or last name
• Tracking Information will appear if the seller uploads it. If tracking information is not viewable, please contact your seller to request tracking information.

When should I expect to receive my order?

After you place an order on Valore, your seller(s) have 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to confirm your order. Once an order is confirmed, they will ship your book(s) within 24 hours. Expected transit times for each shipping method are listed below:

• Standard mail: 4-14 business days.
• Priority mail: 3-5 business days.

How many shipments should I expect?

You will receive a separate shipment for every book that was purchased from a different seller.

Example: If your order contains three books purchased from three different sellers, you should expect three separate deliveries.
