How to return items
I received the wrong item or was it was damaged. What should I do?
If you received the wrong or damaged book due to a seller error, you may return the item for a full refund. You must first contact Valore's Customer Service team to to report the issue to your seller. To contact Customer Service:
- Click "Support" in the navigation menu
- Towards the bottom right of the page click the chat bubble.
- Start a conversation with our support team using the method you prefer (chat, email, etc.)
- Include a message about your order (e.g. "I received an wrong item. Please provide your return instructions for a refund").
My book was damaged by the carrier. What should I do?
If your book was damaged as a result of an issue that occurred during transit from a Seller to your door, you must notify us within three days of delivery to allow for a claims process. To contact the seller:
- Click "Support" in the navigation menu
- Towards the bottom right of the page click the chat bubble.
- Start a conversation with our support team using the method you prefer (chat, email, etc.)
- Include a message about the issue, including pictures of the packaging and the product damage to support your claim
I want to return my item, but it wasn't damaged or a wrong item.
If you change your mind, accidentally purchased your item, or need to return the item for some other reason, you must notify our customer service team in advance of return shipping. Valore's Customer Service team will act as a liaison between you and the seller to help facilitate returns. Sellers may keep a 15% restocking fee when issuing a refund. Return Shipping
When returning your item we suggest the following:
- Ship the item with USPS media mail. Media mail is a low cost method of shipping books. This shipping method is often not advertised at post offices, but is available nation wide. You may need to ask the clerk specifically for media mail.
- Purchase tracking for your return and keep a copy for your records. This will be your proof of return. Providing this information to our Customer Service team will allow them to make note of the information on your account for future reference.
