I haven't received my item. What should I do?
The delivery window for standard mail is 4-14 business days or 3-5 business days for priority mail. Many Valore Marketplace sellers offer free order tracking to follow the progress of your shipment, which is accessible from the "My Account" page on Valore.com or available in your shipping email.
If the time frame quoted above has passed, or there is no tracking available, you may contact us for further assistance. You must send notice of any missing items within 30 days of your order date. No refunds will be given if notice is received after 30 days from the order date.
