Checkout error message

I keep getting an error message:

  • “We're sorry, but there was a problem processing your payment. Please double check your payment information and try again.”
  • “Oops! Please message customer service about your order [Error Code 5309]!”

These errors can appear for several reasons, including:

  • The billing name and address do not match your credit card records.
  • The name was entered incorrectly in the payment field.
  • Other checkout details don’t align with your bank’s records.
  • The purchase amount exceeds your credit card limit.
  • The email or shipping address provided is outside the U.S.
  • The information entered triggered a security check.
