How do I leave a seller feedback?
You’ll be sent an email 30 days after your order was placed requesting feedback. If you would like to leave feedback immediately please:
- Go to the My Account page.
- Enter your order number and e-mail address or last name.
- Click the "Leave Feedback" link for the item you wish to leave feedback on. You'll be sent an email enabling you to leave feedback.
Feedback Policies
- You may rate a Seller by using a "positive," "negative" and "neutral" rating system.
- Your feedback will be publicly shared.
- ValoreBooks may remove feedback if deemed inappropriate, e.g. if the feedback contains racism or offensive content.
