By renting a book through ValoreBooks.com you agree to adhere to the following rental policies:

 

QUALITY POLICY

 

Rental books must be returned in the same condition that they were received in. As a courtesy to future students who will be renting the same book, we kindly ask that you avoid excessive writing or highlighting in your rental. That way every student gets rentals books that are clean and easy to read.

 

EXTENSION POLICY

 

Due dates for most rentals through ValoreBooks can be extended for a fee. Simply log in to your order details page and click on the “Extend Rental” link for the item(s) you wish to extend.

 

PURCHASE POLICY

 

If you would like to purchase your rental, you can do so by logging into your order details page and finding the “Purchase Rental” link. Purchase prices are determined by subtracting the rental price from the retail price of the book.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

All rental items can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Return items must be postmarked within 30 days of your purchase date to be eligible for a refund.

 

RENTAL RETURN POLICY

 

Rental orders must be returned using the prepaid shipping labels provided by ValoreBooks.These labels will be made available 45 days after your rental order has been placed and can be accessed by logging into your order details page. If you rented multiple books with ValoreBooks, you may receive a different prepaid shipping label for each book. Please package items separately and follow the individual return instructions, as each rental may not have the same return address. All rental returns must be shipped and scanned by the shipping carrier on or before the rental due date.

 

LATE FEE/UNRETURNED ITEMS POLICY

 

All rental returns that are not postmarked by their return date will be automatically charged a 15-day extension fee. If the rental is not returned within this extension period, you will continue to be charged a 15-day extension fee until the purchase price of the book (determined by the current retail price of the book minus the rental price) is paid. At that point in time you will become the owner of your rental book.

COLLECTIONS POLICY


If ValoreBooks is unable to charge your credit card for a period of 90 days, your account will be sent to a collections agency and charged an additional $30 collections fee.
