Items that do not meet our sellback policies will be marked as unacceptable. Customers will not be paid for unacceptable items. If one or more of your sellback items is not accepted for sellback, we will notify you via email and will update your order details page. You will be given 14 days from the time of this notification to request that your items be returned to you. To submit this request, please use the contact us form or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If we do not hear from you within 14 days, your items will be recycled.
